AMRA has performed with artists such as Peter Gabriel at the World of Music and Dance festival (WOMAD), the only UK performances with the great guitarist from Zaire, Franco, support act for the prolific Fela Kuti and most recently with the Afro-rock group sensation Osibisa at the Rhythm Of the World Festival to name a few...

"On behalf of everyone here at WOMAD, this is just to say a massive thank you for your involvement in the festival this year. Your performance and workshop was a great contribution to the success of WOMAD Rivermead 2006"

"What can I say about this power house of creative arts; having worked with Angie Amra Anderson over many projects I have to say that she is an inspiration to all who meet her.  Not just her infectious energy and enthusiam, but the way she can teach people of all ages and skill level and still move them forward as a whole. As a practitioner of African Dance and Drum, she is one of the few women who can not only hold her own in a particularly male dominate arena, but can also teach at the highest level.

Her knowledge of African Performing arts is second to none
and her ability to pass this on to other is simply the Best. I am a fan"
Amani Naphtali (Writer & Theatre Director)
